Required for our busy Press Office in London, you will generally assist the team in all aspects of PR.
Main duties will include: being responsible for sending out all clothes and accessories required by the media; controlling the return of all pieces; ensuring the showrooms are tidy at all times for press appointments; ensuring a constant supply of Paul Smith shopping bags for the department; answering calls from magazines requiring prices for photographed pieces and generally assisting the Women’s PR and Head of UK Press relating to mailings, events, shows, projects and other PR related administrative duties.
You will have previous administrative experience, with excellent communication, organisational skills and computer literacy.
